Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid Black Release News

Hardly any collaboration has generated as much hype in the last few years as Off-White and Nike. Numerous joint sneakers have already been released in the past, and basically every single release has created a huge hype. Now, we can expect two new Air Force 1 Mids soon, which have received a Virgil Abloh makeover and, in keeping with the 40th anniversary, are once again drawing increased attention to the icon.

Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid Black Release Info

The two brand-new Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid feature an upper made of airy mesh, which comes with a special wooden look and thus appears very functional. At the same time, a tear-resistant nylon is used on the rear overlays and the strap. The outer sole and midsole are another special feature equipped with spikes that are strongly reminiscent of sneakers from the ISPA series.

Regular laces are combined with Flywire laces, which cross in the middle to further enhance the technical look. They also have the signature finish with Off-White zip-ties. Further references can be found in the form of the typical lettering on the inside. The Air unit in the sole of the shoe has also been revealed, further modifying the classic look of the silhouette.

The "Black" colourway uses a dark aesthetic that is accentuated by bright colours. For example, the off-white zip-ties are wrapped in bright orange, while the spikes feature a mix of bright pink, blue, and green. The Flywire closure mechanism also brings the bright pink into play, while the laces themselves come in a clean white.
