Nike SB continues the return of the legendary P-Rod 1 and, with the “Dodgers” colourway, pays homage to Paul Rodriguez’s hometown of Los Angeles. At the same time, the release evokes the early days of the Nike SB era and one of the most important signature models in skateboarding history.

Visually, the sneaker features various shades of grey in high-quality suede. Flint Grey and Medium Grey dominate the upper, whilst bold Deep Royal Blue accents on the Swoosh, tongue branding, heel logo and inner lining immediately bring to mind the colours of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The balance between sporty inspiration and skateboarding DNA is particularly well achieved. The blue colour scheme never feels too overpowering and is perfectly balanced by the neutral grey tones. Another highlight is the subtle PR monogram on the heel, which lends the shoe a high-quality signature touch.

The classic Zoom Air cushioning, combined with a white midsole, ensures the usual comfort. This makes the P-Rod 1 a reliable companion both on the board and in everyday life.
