TLDR: Rassvet and Nike SB are reviving the Tennis Classic for 2026. The collaboration combines classic court DNA with skateboarding features, high-quality materials and subtle details from the Parisian skate brand. It will be released on 30 June for €110. The Nike Tennis Classic is currently enjoying a strong comeback and is set to benefit from an exciting collaboration with Rassvet. Founded by pro skater Tolya Titaev and closely linked to Comme des Garçons and Dover Street Market, the brand is giving the legendary silhouette a modern skate-inspired update.
Visually, the Rassvet x Nike SB Tennis Classic ‘Blue Void’ features a sophisticated colour gradient. The upper is predominantly made from high-quality leather and suede, transitioning from dark black and navy tones to a bold ‘Blue Void’ at the heel. The design is complemented by breathable mesh inserts that provide extra comfort.
It’s the details that make the difference: embossed Rassvet logos appear discreetly on the heel, whilst the word ‘Dawn’ can be found on the inside of the tongue – a nod to the name Rassvet, which translates from Russian as ‘sunrise’. To match, colour gradients are used on the insoles.
The Swooshes have also been given a creative twist. On the outside, there’s a classic Sail leather Swoosh, whilst the inside features only an embroidered outline. A pre-aged midsole, an exposed foam tongue and a metallic Rassvet hangtag lend the trainer extra character.
Performance on the skateboard is ensured by the tried-and-tested Zoom Air cushioning, which offers responsive comfort without altering the sleek silhouette of the Tennis Classic. In addition, four different sets of laces are included, so you can customise the look to your taste.
