Rich Paul x New Balance 550 Airy Blue

New Balance has seen a huge resurgence in 2021, and many of their silhouettes have become increasingly sought after throughout the year. The New Balance 550 is clearly one of these silhouettes with its numerous colourways. And in most cases, it's sold out within minutes. Depending on the colour scheme, some releases were even no longer available after seconds. For this very special New Balance 550, the label has now brought CEO and sports agent Rich Paul on board to create a very clean sneaker.

The Rich Paul x New Balance 550 Airy Blue comes with an airy nylon base, which is strongly enhanced by an elegant beige. The overlays and large parts of the midsole also have the same coat of colour. Individual elements of the sneaker are wrapped in deep black to provide the necessary accents. Rich Paul co-branding is also found on the shoe's tongue and insole, which further emphasises the collaboration with the sports agent. The EVA midsole and the gum outsole present a colour mix of black and the eponymous Airy Blue. You can also look forward to a special edition box with the release.
