After Salehe Bembury showed off his upcoming collaboration with New Balance on Instagram earlier this year, the collaborative sneakers will soon be released. In the spring, the Versace Vice President of Sneakers and Men's Footwear showed a brief snippet of the sneaker's blue and green heels on Instagram. It has since emerged that the "Water Be the Guide" is a sequel to the "Peace Be the Journey".

Talking about looks, the Water Be the Guide subverts the Peace Be the Journey. Green and blue details look much more vibrant in contrast to its predecessor, evoking calming waters.

Most of the textured suede overlays are a deep blue, reflecting the ocean with bright and cool hues. Light mesh and tongue complement the colourway in a muted orange, while green marks the logos such as the "N" on the side or the text.
