After New Balance and Salehe Bembury released the popular 2002R "Water Be the Guide" in June, the designer and label are expanding the collection with more iterations this spooky season. For their next idea, however, the partners are fixing up the New Balance 574 and the designer is putting his own creative spin on the sneaker. Additionally, you can upgrade your outfit with matching apparel inspired by nature and trail running.

The former Versace designer combines elements of the New Balance 574, 990v3, Test Run 3.0, and the 755 to create a technical sneaker with a very special feature. There is a whistle on the heel to promote safety and survival. "You already need a lot of different tools when you go outdoors," says Bembury.

There are several iterations of the Salehe Bembury x New Balance 574 Yurt planned. One of them is this "Shark Skin", which gets a muted colour palette to match its surroundings. Brown and grey are mixed on the upper and accentuated by a white ABZORB sole at the bottom.
