Each sneaker represents one of the three Sanctum Sanctorum locations - New York, London and Hong Kong - that play a central role in the story of Doctor Strange. The seal of Vishanti, a symbol of protection from the Doctor Strange universe, is placed on the heel, while psychedelic graphics on the insole reflect the surreal landscapes of the films.
