Stone Island x New Balance RC Elite V2_SI

Rarely has a collaboration ever been held back this long. Stone Island and New Balance have been working on their sneaker for over six months, and a few weeks ago, they finally shared the official images. The luxury brand and the sporting goods manufacturer have decided on a sporty RC Elite V2_SI. It combines New Balance's heritage with Stone Island's history of pioneering materials and processes.

The two labels describe their sneaker as the first chapter of their collaboration. So, it's already clear that more sneakers are planned. The Stone Island x New Balance RC Elite V2_SI has a seemingly destroyed white and red upper.

The overlays form a cracked shape, while the right foot exposes the NB logo and the left side the Stone Island compass. Alternative branding is used on the tongues. New Balance's Tokyo Design Studio branding complements the right tongue, and Stone Island's "Product Research" logo is added to the left tongue.
