This special edition of the adidas Forum Low uses a smooth leather upper with interesting details. The design stays mostly clean with some colourful accents. The adidas branding on the outside, the eyelets, the loops on the heel, as well as the Superfly logos on the tongue, present a rich blue colour, while the inner lining shows off an orange-red pattern.

The overlays also appear exclusively white at first glance, but they come with circular patterns, which reflect incoming light in the dark. Matching hangtags, branded insoles, and tongues make the collaboration with Superfly even clearer. Of course, this release also comes with a matching shoe box.
