The adidas line is taking a whole new shape in 2022 and Stella McCartney is showing us the way. With this futuristic adidas Ultraboost 22, we get a first sample as it has been almost completely redesigned. Only the lower half remains untouched. But let's take a closer look at the model.
The outer cage is probably the biggest part. It looks like an inflated exoskeleton that encloses the whole foot. To us, this shape reminds us a little of the iconic Reebok Instapump Fury but without the typical pump buttons on the tongues.
The base of the Stella McCartney x adidas Ultraboost 22 has also been neatly edited. The collar is significantly higher and extends over the top of the upper. In addition, the white laces secure the foot, and the soft Boost soles cushion every step.

In other regions, adidas has confirmed the Stella McCartney x adidas Ultraboost 22 will drop on January 14th, but the sneakers have yet to be spotted in Europe. It is possible that adidas will update their release calendar soon.
