Just like its high-top counterpart, this version features artwork by the late American artist on black suede that spans the overlays, lacing system, medial swooshes and tongue. Supreme dubraes adorn the lower laces and "WORLD FAMOUS" tags are added to the shoe box. The classic filled tongues feature tonal Nike SB badges to complete the design. Supreme has quickly gained traction with sneakerheads, creating undeniable hype. The brand has already teamed up with Nike to revive the Air Bakin, and recently unveiled its latest collaboration with The North Face. Now, there are rumours of another collaboration between Supreme and the Swoosh for the popular SB Dunk - in both low-top and high-top versions. An exciting first look at the upcoming Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low has sent anticipation soaring among sneaker collectors around the world. The upper is made of canvas adorned with the artwork of the late Rammellzee and black suede overlays and swooshes, while the black stitched midsole and rubber sole provide a classic look. Original article 07.03.2023
Nike SB and Supreme are reportedly going to release a new Dunk Low and a High later this year. At least that's what insiders have confirmed on social media. Exact details are not yet known, but allegedly the shoes feature artwork by legendary painter and performance artist Rammellzee. This collab marks the latest milestone in the long-standing partnership between Supreme and Nike SB.
Added to this is a premium construction, with the SB Dunk High appearing in black longhair suede and the SB Dunk Low in white longhair suede. Supreme fans should have no trouble recognising this artwork, as it was seen on many collections last season, from GORE-TEX jackets to T-shirts. However, until first-hand photos are released, it's anyone's guess what the finished products will actually look like. If the leaks are true, then we should see the shoes in the next few weeks. After all, they are supposed to be part of Supreme's Spring 2023 collection, which is currently in the middle of its launch.
