Every year, Jordan Brand comes out with a new Air Jordan before the NBA season. This time, too, it’s with the Air Jordan 37 before the 2022/2023 season.
The Jordan Brand follows the trend of the last few years and bases the design of the 37 on an Air Jordan 7, as you can see on the collar and the outsole. The upper is made of a very light and translucent Leno-Weave material, which is reinforced by an exoskeleton on the inside of the shoe. The midsole includes a double-stacked Zoom Bag in the forefoot and a carbon plate in the midfoot.
So much for the technical innovations. Now let's move on to the design.
The Air Jordan 37 "Dongdan" comes in a rather striking colourway with various different colour gradients. The shoe is inspired by the annual "sunset streetball tournament" in Beijing. Accordingly, the different pink and orange colour gradients fit very well.

A release date for the Air Jordan 37 "Dongdan" has unfortunately not yet been announced. According to insiders, the shoe will remain a China exclusive. However, nothing has been revealed from the official side yet.
