This reissue is especially significant as it marks the 40th anniversary of the Air Jordan line, a milestone that Jordan Brand is celebrating with some of its most iconic designs.

Originally launched in 2006, the "Black Cat" edition quickly became a cult favourite among sneakerheads. The shoe is inspired by one of Michael Jordan's nicknames, "Black Cat", which alludes to his agile and silent movements on the basketball court. The 2025 version stays true to this theme and features an all-black colour scheme that emphasises the sleek, minimalist silhouette of the Air Jordan 4.

The design features premium black suede, black mesh and black midsoles, creating a monochromatic look that is both understated and powerful.
