The atmos x adidas ZX 8000 "Mash Up" Combines Several Styles

atmos and adidas have been working together for a while now to give the public a stylish and sporty look over the last two decades. And this time, the atmos x adidas ZX 8000 "Mash Up" is something special as it takes a modern "What The" approach by incorporating design details from previous atmos x adidas ZX 8000 colourways. Fans don't have to sacrifice the technical sneaker though, as the pair retains all the elements we love about these shoes — in other words, an all-round winning combination!

 

The "Mash Up" combines the colours of two collaborations from atmos and adidas from last year, the bold blue of the "TJ" iteration, the folded yellow background of the 2020 glow-in-the-dark variant, the orange forefoot, and the laces come from the original "Germany" ZX 8000.

 

Sadly, though, these kicks won't be released around the world, as this version will be exclusive to Japan, judging by the atmos giveaway, which runs until February 17th. But keep an eye on reseller platforms like StockX. Perhaps some models will appear there later.
