The Nike Kyrie 8 "N7" Is Dropping Soon

Kyrie Irving has been on spiritual journeys in recent years to learn more about his family's Native American roots. To do so, he visited various reservations and took part in the cultural practices and ceremonies of the respective tribes. A short time later, the Nike Kyrie 8 emerged, which has now been confirmed in a new colourway.

The official colourway is called "N7", and this year's iteration of the ever-growing collection pays tribute to the Standing Rock Tribe, of which Irving is now officially a member. To that end, special brandings have been packed onto the tongues, reminiscent of the tribe. They contrast in purple against a pale tongue.

The green accents on the upper are much more dominant. "Dark Olive" covers both the base and overlays, while lighter shades appear on the eyestays and mudguard. Unlike previous models, the Swoosh is angled at the midfoot, and a brown hue highlights the logo.
