"Think Beautiful Thoughts" Slogan Appears in Three-Way Collab from Lil Dre, Maxallure and adidas
adidas is back with a brutal collaboration. With the help of Karl Watson and Nick Lockman, the founders of Maxallure, the German sportswear company, brings 1970s college style into the modern day. Additionally, Karl and Nick enlisted pro team rider Lil Dre to contribute to the "Think Beautiful Thoughts" collection.
"This launch means a lot to me," Lil Der says of the adidas and Maxallure collaboration. "adidas is one of my favourite brands, and I want to thank the entire skateboarding team for helping me realise my vision. The Forum High is my favourite silhouette to skate, and it was fun to do something new with this colourway that you don't see often. Plus, pink is my favourite colour!"
Alongside the modified Maxallure x Lil Dre x adidas Forum 84, a Maxallure x adidas Campus ADV will also be released. A nod to the varsity jackets popular decades ago, the familiar "MXA" branding is printed on the translucent outsoles, while co-branding adorns the insoles and heel tabs.
