Nike has finally confirmed the Kyrie 6 "Asia” — a colourway with the name of Kyrie's older sister Asia found on the sides. Other elements are also exceptional. A leopard pattern is printed on the toe box and summery colours complete the whole colourway. Unfortunately, no release date has been mentioned yet. The sneakers will supposedly be released in a few weeks.

In the past, we got a chance to become acquainted with Kyrie's preferences. Be it his inclination for Bikini Bottom and its residents, his close relationship with his mother or the "Mamba Mentality", you would think that pretty much every sneaker carries a story and bears the personal signature of the basketball player.
Now, rumours say that a new sneaker will appear and show a close connection to his family again. The next colourway is supposed to be dedicated to his older sister, Asia Irving, who also sometimes acts as Kyrie's personal stylist.
The sneaker could quite possibly show the fashion-conscious attitude of Asia. Black and lighter shades form a camo style that we know only too well from BAPE. But the connection to his sister can be seen immediately on the strap that carries her name. A mint green lining and purple laces finally round off the overall design.
