For the spring and summer season, Maison Margiela and Salomon have expanded their collaboration with the MM6 line to include two polarising editions. With a high-end version of the French outfitter's daring hiking solutions, the two partners have formulated their third collaboration that further blurs the lines between fashion and function. Together they have now designed three MM6 Maison Margiela x Salomon ACS Pro Advanced, which will be launched on 26 October.
 
Apart from the added lacing and collaboration details, the low-top sneaker features the same aesthetic and details as its regular counterpart. In line with the trend for eccentric sportswear, the early 2000s silhouette stays true to its forestry origins thanks to the serrated sole and TPU casing system.
