Two adidas Forum '84 Models by BSTN Honour European Basketball Heritage
Sportswear retailer BSTN is one of the most successful retailers in Europe. Now, with adidas, the German company is introducing a new campaign that honours European basketball heritage. The partners are inspired by Panathinaikos Athens as well as Jugoplastika Split. And, they are releasing a multi-part collection to mark the heritage.
First, let's take a look at the BSTN x adidas Forum '84 Low "Panathinaikos", which has some hidden details. The colourway is kept very simple as both the upper and sole come in grey. The side panels are then adorned with the basketball team's logo, while the tongues and insoles feature co-branding from the two partners.
Further changes can be found on the straps, as the typical windows enclose the Panathinaikos name in Greek script. Lastly, six embossed stars on the heels represent Panathinaikos Athens' Euro League record championships.
On another date, the BSTN x adidas Forum '84 High "Jugoplastika" will be released. It has a similar leather and suede construction, while the basketball team's name adorns the sides. Here, however, embossed BSTN logos appear on the heels, and the upper strap includes Forum 84 lettering.
