The Japanese designer's previous shoe creations were minimalist and simple, but of high quality. Now another Junya Watanabe x New Balance 1906 loafer has been released. The combination of the 1906R's cushioned sole and the leather upper of a loafer is one of the Japanese designer's latest creations. The overlays of the 2000 running shoe act practically like a protective cage without detracting from the look of the loafer. No doubt the shoe will find a loyal following among vintage lovers and those who are always on the lookout for the latest fashion. The official launch of the shoe is planned for the third quarter of 2024, just in time to enjoy autumn to the full.
