Now insiders have shared a detailed look at the Air Jordan 2/3 "Varsity Red". We are still waiting for confirmation from Nike, but the new hybrid model is rumoured to be released in summer 2024.

This unique model, which will be released in summer 2024, skilfully combines the characteristic elements of the Jordan 2 and Jordan 3 models to create a fresh and innovative silhouette.

A simple combination of the flagship models from 1987 and 1988: the upper of the Air Jordan 2 Low is combined with the sole of the Air Jordan 3. First seen on the feet of Gentry Humphrey in April, the Air Jordan 2/3 stays true to the original design without changing the source material. The exact release date is not yet known, but the new hybrid is set to launch in 2024 in "Varsity Red" and "Black" colourways for adults and children.

The year 2024 will not only bring the return of classic Air Jordan models like the Air Jordan 4 "Bred" and the Air Jordan 9 "Dark Powder Blue", but also a brand new hybrid model. Fans can look forward to the Air Jordan 2/3, which is rumoured to be hitting shelves soon. Although it will be a while before the shoe is officially released, many sneakerheads are already excited to see the first look and new features of the hybrid model.
 
Former Jordan Brand head Gentry Humphrey was spotted with the sneaker on his feet and @zSneakerheadz has already shared the first images of the new model on Instagram. The combination of the Air Jordan 2's upper and the Air Jordan 3's sole creates a unique look. The first colour combination of the hybrid shoe is classic white and red, also known as "Chicago". The release of the "Chicago" Air Jordan 2/3 is planned for 2024, but more exact information is not available yet. We will stay tuned and keep you updated.
