Nike has released the official images of the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Heritage". Elsewhere, selected retailers have confirmed the sneaker will drop on May 25th, 2022. Here, we are still waiting for the announcement, but you can expect a similar release date.

Insiders have uploaded their latest pictures again. Today, we take a look at the detailed pics of the Air Jordan 1 High "Heritage". The new pair features a special colourway reminiscent of the Chicago Bulls, which is why the title makes perfect sense. Jordan Brand hasn't confirmed the release yet, but it's expected that you'll be able to cop these sneakers sometime next year.

It wouldn't be a lie to say that the Air Jordan 1 High had a good time in 2021. The silhouette was released in several hip colourways. Most recently, it was an Air Jordan 1 High OG "Bordeaux" on November 20th at Nike SNKRS. But you can expect the Air Jordan 1 series to continue in 2022, as the next releases are reportedly in the works.

One possible variant is this Air Jordan 1 High "Heritage". Insiders have now uncovered the first images of the sneaker, and we have already taken a look. This new variant comes in a "White/University Red/Black" colourway.

The entire construction is made of sturdy leather and uses a three-tone look that is typical of Jordan Brand. The base, eyestays, and mudguard are made of white leather, while the heel cap, toebox, and ankle strap come in "University Red". Finally, a black collar completes the classic Chicago look of the Air Jordan 1 High "Heritage".

Jordan Brand's continued focus on the first signature sneaker in 2022 is probably no secret, but will the label be bringing back the iconic Chicago Bulls colourway? Leaks about a possible Air Jordan 1 High that uses the colours in a new way have now surfaced on Instagram.

First mockups show the sneaker in a mix of "White/University Red/Black". It is inspired by the typical colours of the Chicago Bulls and is probably made entirely of leather. The base is made of white leather, and the mudguard and eyestays are colour-matched to the background.

Next to that, a red toebox, heels, as well as ankle straps and Swooshes follow, while the black details are very discreet. Only the collar and laces are in the dark colour. Underneath the upper is a white midsole and a red outsole.

Rumour has it that the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Chicago Bulls" will be released in the summer of 2022 and will cost around 160€. We'll be following the leaks and will let you know immediately if Nike confirms.
