For a long time, the mid silhouette has been overshadowed by its taller counterpart, but after a few years of brutal colourways and collabs, the Air Jordan 1 Mid needs no more propping up. The sneaker is now winning over almost every sneakerhead on the globe, and soon, it will reach even the most critical fashion enthusiast.
It most possibly will, with this Air Jordan 1 Mid "University Blue". The iconic blue from the Jordan Brand archive hits the silhouette, although the construction is different. More specifically, the ankle tabs are in white and titular blue marks the underlays.
Right next to them are the colour-matched eyestays, Swooshes, mudguard, and brandings. The white side panels and toeboxes then let the Air Jordan 1 Mid "University Blue" shine brighter, while the soles, reminiscent of the Nike Dunk, fall back on the tried-and-tested colour combination.
