The WTAPS x New Balance 990v6 Made in USA will be available on Friday 26 August via wtaps.base.shop and at selected retailers. The price for the shoe is 44,000 yen, the equivalent of about 280 euros. In the world of fashion and streetwear, collaborations are the name of the game. One notable partnership that has caught the attention of footwear enthusiasts is that of WTAPS and New Balance. The Japanese brand, known for its military-inspired aesthetic, has teamed up with the renowned footwear manufacturer to produce limited-edition sneakers that are both practical and stylish. Their latest offering, the WTAPS x New Balance 990v6 Made in USA, is set to launch in 2023 and we've already had a look at the first images.
 
Set to launch in the coming months, the WTAPS x New Balance 990v6 Made in USA is a collaboration that focuses on the urban aesthetic. The shoe features a grey mesh design and pigskin overlays on the mudguards, midfoot and heels. Most noticeably, the side heel piece swaps out the standard 990 emblem for "USA". The heel piece features WTAPS and Made-in-USA branding, while the white leather heel pad provides contrast. A two-tone FuelCell cushion-like midsole in white and grey and a grey rubber outsole finish off the look last. We'll be following and keeping you updated as new info is revealed.
