Nike has confirmed the drop of the Air Jordan 8 "Rui Hachimura" as official images have now been released. Apart from the detailed pics, there are unfortunately no further updates yet. Presumably, the sneakers will be released this year. We will stay tuned and keep you up to date.

Rui Hachimura of the Washington Wizards has already received several PE colourways from Jordan Brand and a new iteration may soon be added to the list. New images on Instagram show an exclusive Air Jordan 8 from the Japanese basketball player.
New Air Jordan 8s are very rarely released. All the more reason for fans to be excited about an announcement of the sneaker. Here, the exclusive pair by Rui Hachimura gets a brown upper made of cracked leather and suede. Overlays and laces are in a similar shade, while the laces can be replaced with black laces.
Other highlights include Rui Hachimura's swapped logos. The kanji inspired samurai logo, designed by his mother in honour of the family name, adorns the tongues. In addition, the Air Jordan 8 "Rui Hachimura" comes in a special shoe box with a graphic of Hachimura on the lid.
