The Nike Air Max 90 is Covered with Air Bubbles

The Nike Air Max 90 is reaching a milestone this year. The silhouette will turn a proud 30 years old. That is why Nike wants to celebrate the new decade in a big way and gives free rein to its own imagination. At least the latest iteration proves that.

The retro sneaker from 1990 often plays with lively and eye-catching colours. Spring should let it score with bright and warm colours. But, before that, we could also see other colour schemes made for spring. The latest iteration of the Nike Air Max 90 stands out with another special design concept.

The model is based on a white canvas and a white midsole and outsole. On top of that, there are iridescent overlays that cover the mudguard and the eyestays, while a black Swoosh on the inside and outside offers a strong contrast to the bright colourway.

The new concept can be seen on the remaining parts. An allover bubbles look extends over the toe box, tongue, and heel, possibly representing Nike's time-tested cushioning. The same bubble concept is also reflected on the insoles. Bubble prints cover the black interior of the Nike Air Max 90.
