adidas Releases a NMD_R1 with a Gold Sole

Attention, friends! adidas continues to expand its product range. The brand with the Three Stripes is taking a big step forward and reimagining its classic, the adidas NMD_R1, with a remarkably eye-catching colourway.

The NMD has always had a futuristic feel to it. Inspired by space exploration, this colourway evokes the glittering of the stars. The upper construction is rather clean but is contrasted by its flashy details. The tongue, upper, heel, and Three Stripes blur out from white to light grey, while white laces tie the sneakers. Further back is a white heel tab that features red accents with "THREE STRIPES".

The Boost sole by far attracts the most attention. adidas gives this most comfortable cushioning a light gold colour. The plugs are also coloured in red and blue. This gives the NMD_R1 a whole new aesthetic.
