Patta was Jordan Brand's first European partner when they released the Air Jordan 7 "Shimmer". Now, the Dutch brand is announcing a second release via Instagram for this Friday. Could this finally be the Patta x Air Jordan 7 "Icicle"?

Patta co-founders Vincent van de Waal and Guillaume Schmidt were originally looking for a classic shoe that could bear that modern look. Their choice eventually fell on the Air Jordan 7 with the OG colours.

"Especially with the 1992 model Black/Hellgraphite/Bordeaux. We go on this color blocker, but used an unusual color, light pistachio green. If the "Shimmer" was the brother of the OG, the "Icicle" is his cousin," says van de Waal.

The brown tones on the Air Jordan 7 along with the contrasting pistachio colours are returning this season. It has a particularly striking midsole with Patta immortalising himself through his logo affixed right on the grey sole. The outsole, on the other hand, features hues of beige, brown, red, and black, which round off the overall design.
