Air Jordan 1 High OG "Fearless" Relies on Patent Leather

Oh sh*t! Here they are at last! The official pictures of Nike and the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Fearless" are finally here. Many fans are already familiar with Michael Jordan's famous speech at the Hall of Fame. HIs most famous quote is, "Never say never, because limits, like fears, are often just an illusion." This is one of the many things about MJ that makes him so damn special.

The Air Jordan 1 High OG "Fearless" really took a long time for its debut. The last update we ever received was the one that came out at the beginning of July. We had already known months ago what the sneakers would look like and which materials the OGs were going to be made of.

Striking blue and red tones remain the original colour inspo for this latest iteration. But, the material itself is the biggest eye-catcher here. This is because the OG "Fearless" has a shiny patent leather design. It also features university blue colours in the heel and ankle areas as well as gym red colors along the vamp and toe box. A mix of gold and black highlights the Wings logo on the ankle, while a black Swoosh and matching laces complete the overall look.

The quote, "Limits, like fears, are often just an illusion," which is part of Jordan's inaugural speech in the Hall of Fame, is found on the insole under a large print of the word "FEAR" that has been evidently crossed out.
