Is a Louis Vuitton x Timberland 6-Inch Boot on the Way?

Update 10.07.2024

Louis Vuitton has announced a pre-launch of the highly anticipated Timberland collection, designed by Louis Vuitton Menswear Creative Director Pharrell Williams, for 18 July. The work boots were first unveiled at FW24 Fashion Week in Paris and have a strong reference to hip-hop culture, popularised by artists such as Jay-Z. The collection includes four variants of the 6″ boots and two higher boots in "Wheat" and "Black" with LV monogram. The prices range from €2,200 to €2,600. Timberland will launch the collection worldwide on 8 August. Sign up here if you don't want to miss any updates.

Update 17.01.2024

After just a few days, the entire Louis Vuitton x Timberland collection has now been unveiled at the LV FW24 showcase at Paris Fashion Week. Contrary to what was originally assumed, there are significantly more models in this collabo. Unfortunately, there is still no new information regarding a drop.

This is probably the big news of the month. Pictures have now surfaced that undoubtedly show the iconic Timberland 6-inch boot with various Louis Vuitton details.

Are we seeing the first effects of Pharrell Williams' collaboration with luxury brand Louis Vuitton? The partnership is only a few months old and this boot could be one of the first real hits.

The Timberland 6-inch boot is a true classic. To see this powerful boot with a long history now with the globally recognised LV monograms and materials is a real world first and could turn the sneaker world on its head.

These pictures were published on Pharrell's @skateboard account, but completely without comment.

Louis Vuitton x Timberland 6-Inch Boot Release

Whether and when this collabo will become a reality is still completely unclear. It is also conceivable that the shoe is simply a one-off or will only be released for an exclusive group of existing LV customers.

However, it is much more likely that there will actually be a limited release, similar to the Virgil Abloh x Nike Air Force 1 release two years ago.

Either way, we will of course keep you up to date!
