NBA All-Star Game 2020: Sneaker Releases
Update 13.02.2020
It’s Round 2 for the All-Star Pack from Nike. Tomorrow, the next releases are scheduled. This time, the Nike Kyrie 6 "Trophies", the Air Jordan 1 High OG "UNC to CHI", and the Nike LeBron 17 "Monstars" are dropping soon. Every sneaker looks absolutely great. The AJ1 will probably be in great demand again. But, we think that the "Monstars" from LeBron looks just as good.
Furthermore, the Gatorade x Nike PG 4 "ASW" is coming back online at Nike. The sneakers went sold out quickly after the release. And, the Nike Zoom Freak 1 "Employee Of the Month" has also been released on Nike. But, it seems that the release was not well received at all by the sneaker community.
Update 12.02.2020
In just a few days, the NBA All-Star Weekend is about to start. But, sneakerheads and hypebeasts are probably less excited about the game and look forward more to the sneakers that are dropping that weekend.

The NBA will soon be opening the All-Star Game 2020. And, just a few days ago, the professional basketball league also named the participants for the game in February. As expected, we will be seeing some familiar faces as well as new ones. However, most fans are probably looking forward to the performance of LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo, who have received the most votes this year and are therefore also taking on the role of captain.
Every year, basketball fans look forward to probably the biggest highlight of every NBA season. Since 1951, the strongest basketball players face each other and play for the title. But, the sneaker community also has something to celebrate every year. Major sporting goods manufacturers release some sneakers to honour the event. Also this year, Nike will be in the spotlight. With currently 7 releases in total, we can expect some really crazy colourways. We have summarized the sneaker releases for the NBA: All-Star Game 2020 just for you:
Gatorade x Nike PG 4 "ASW"
Even though Paul Georg is not playing, he is still participating in this event with a special Nike PG 4. Gatorade mixes the best flavors from Paul in a colourful tie-dye design.
Nike Zoom Freak 1 "Employee Of The Month"
The Coming to America (The Prince from Zamunda) capsule by Giannis Antetokounmpo is completed with another colourway. The "Employee Of The Month" takes the remarkable details of the best employee from the movie and combines them all to create the Nike Zoom Freak 1.
Nike Kyrie 6 "Trophies"
Kyrie Irving shows his sixth signature sneaker with perhaps the most popular colours to date. The red upper reminds of the Chicago Bulls and the glorious time of Michael Jordan. The gold accents further refine and enhance the sneakers.
Air Jordan 1 High OG "UNC to CHI"
This is perhaps the best sneaker and colourway from the large collection. With the Air Jordan 1 High OG "UNC to CHI”, Jordan Brand embarks on a time travel. The blue colour recalls Michael Jordan's early days at college, while the red colour pays tribute to his great Chicago Bulls career.
Nike LeBron 17 "Monstars"
In 1996, the first Space Jam movie was released. Twenty-five years later, a sequel with a new legend follows. LeBron James is now the star of Space Jam 2 and his Nike LeBron 17 is inspired by the opposing team in the film. The tongues of the "Monstars" feature an asymmetrical colour scheme. Orange reminds of Pound and purple refers to Bupkus.
Air Jordan 3 "Red Cement"
Next to the AJ1, another Air Jordan is coming onto the field. The Air Jordan 3 "Red Cement" has a similar colourway to the Kyrie 6, with a red cover inspired by the Chicago Bulls and gray elephant prints.
Off-White x Air Jordan 5
For some, this is perhaps the Grail in this year's NBA All-Star Game 2020: Sneaker Release. The leaks go back to 2019. Previously, the release date of the Off-White x Air Jordan 5 was not clear. But, many had suspected that the sneakers would drop in 2020. The Off-White model probably needs no explanation. This is because the Jordan iterations of Virgil Abloh often have a rather conspicious style.
