PUMA and Dapper Dan Unveil the Perfect Symbiosis of Luxury and Streetwear

Dapper Dan and PUMA have launched a new collection. The third collaboration between the two brings luxury to the world of sportswear, inspired by basketball and hip-hop. Classics like the T7 and Clyde are combined with Dapper Dan's unique style to create a collection that combines PUMA's heritage with Dapper Dan's distinctive taste.

To celebrate Hip-Hop's 50th anniversary, a unique monogram collection has been created inspired by Dapper Dan's early designs and PUMA's rare house codes. The collection's clothing line is complemented by a versatile waistcoat, a Mac-style jacket and a matching short-sleeved shirt, all derived from Dapper Dan's unique cultural interpretation of the mainstream fashion that early hip-hop brought to the world. The women's collection also includes a corset, hoodie and shorts.

The PUMA x Dapper Dan collection also includes two versions of the legendary Clyde model. Both the PUMA x Dapper Dan monogram and Diamond print feature on the suede uppers, while subtle embellishments such as embroidery and zips have been added to pay homage to Dapper Dan's sartorial background. The collection will be available from July 15 at PUMA flagship stores, selected retailers and PUMA.com.
