adidas ZX 5000 Vieux Lyon

In addition to the retro sneaker that adidas announced at the beginning of August, more sneakers with a similar vintage style will be released. The adidas ZX 1000 OG is part of the A-ZX series and an edition of 26 sneakers in total. To go along with this, adidas has also already confirmed great collaboration partners that will be announced over time.

The latest iteration takes its name from the city of Lyon, where the Jacquard weaving technique was invented. In keeping up with this history, the ZX 5000 "Vieux Lyon" celebrates craftsmanship, design, and innovation.

The sneaker features a custom jacquard upper consisting of two colours. The upper is finished with custom laces, pink Three Stripes branding, and an insole with the words "La Marque Aux 3 Bandes", the French translation of the classic adidas slogan "The Brand with the Three Stripes".
