Air Jordan 1 Mid "Casa 93"

TLDR: Jordan Brand has teamed up with French fashion school Casa 93 to create a unique Air Jordan 1 Mid edition. The design pays homage to the Seine-Saint-Denis neighbourhood of Paris (93) with striking green accents, a metallic hangtag and subtle references to the city. The latest Air Jordan 1 Mid collaboration combines sneaker design with Parisian subculture. Casa 93, a creative fashion school from Seine-Saint-Denis, has designed a sneaker that reflects the history and dynamism of its neighbourhood.

The base is made of white leather, while the overlays alternate between grey suede and blue textured leather. A metal tag with the inscription ‘Seine-Saint-Denis’ and ‘Neuf Trois’ (93) is a direct reference to the school's origins. In addition, the number ‘93’ is split on the heels and the insoles show a sketched map of the Parisian districts.

The green laces and green inner lining give the shoe a vibrant touch that was possibly inspired by the famous Saint-Denis basilica. A cream-coloured midsole and a black outsole round off the design with an urban touch.

The release of the Casa 93 x Air Jordan 1 Mid is planned for 2025, but an exact date has not yet been confirmed.
