Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 2 "Dia De Muertos"

Even though the sneaker market has experienced a bit of a downturn recently and many once-popular models are still available in countless sizes at retailers today, the Air Jordan 1 still holds its own bravely at the top. Although this absolute cult model is also struggling with declining hype, this special edition as part of this year's "Dia De Los Muertos" should definitely set things right again. 

The coordinated colour combination of black and "pale ivory" as well as the panels decorated with leather give the shoe a special look that is reminiscent of the many ancient artefacts found by archaeologists throughout Latin America. The shoe is rounded off with embroidered flowers and a skull and crossbones with feathers, which add to the extraordinary design elements of the Air Jordan 1. The golden details on the side heel, like the skull's feathers, probably refer to the costumes worn during Carnival in Colombia and other Spanish-speaking regions.
