The Nike Air Max 1 is an absolute icon in the sneaker game and has received increased attention in recent months. The multi-part collaboration with Patta has especially rekindled the community's love for the classic. After the extensive collaboration with the Dutch label, Nike has now brought Concepts on board, and with their three-part collab, both partners give the community no chance to lose interest in the Air Max 1 in any way.

Concepts x Nike Air Max 1 Heavy Release Info

All models from the three-part collaboration draw on a colourful aesthetic with many very different patterns and shapes. The "Heavy" uses a corduroy base with a washed-out blue tie-dye look. The middle overlay, which runs around the entire sneaker, is almost the most striking element with a military camo pattern.

The laces, tongue, and lining are a dark brown, while the speckled midsole is a sail colour, with the gum outsole framing the silhouette perfectly. The heel presents a bright orange and is adorned with many small white Swooshes and plant-like prints. Directly above it is a blue, red, and white "Concepts" lettering that alludes to the collab and squeezes out of a fictitious zip.

The outer Swoosh visualises three different colours with white, yellow, and red, while the inner Swoosh features colourful flowers on a black background. To add even more craziness to the design, the connecting overlays on the laces are wrapped in a brown and beige pattern and upgraded with faux fur. The top hole of the laces, however, stands out even further with a light construction.

The toe tag features an orange Swoosh and colourful "Concepts" branding, while the black insoles are also asymmetrically branded with abstract shapes. All of the aforementioned design elements of the shoe are then combined on a black shoe box, by the way.
