Kaws x Sacai x Nike Blazer Low Reed

sacai and Nike have been working together for ages, releasing the craziest variations of popular sneakers. Whether it's a Blazer Mid, Vaporwaffle, or LD Waffle, the collaborations of the two parties are always very popular and sell out very fast. For their latest collab, the two labels are bringing a third partner on board and implementing their extraordinary ideas on a total of four different Blazer Lows.

As part of the collaboration, the trio immedtiately created four colourways for the Nike Blazer Low. The "Team Red", the "Neptune Blue", as well as the "Purple Dusk" were already released at the end of last year, but the "Reed" will now also be dropped with a little delay.

Even though a total of three partners are responsible for the four releases, sacai dominates the shoe's aesthetics. Accordingly, we get to see the typical multi-layered design, which can be found on almost all the elements. Whether it's the Swoosh, the leather detail, the tongue, or the laces, all features appear in a double form. In addition, sacai is also immortalised in writing on the two shoe tongues and the insole. Collaboration partner KAWS has equipped the sneaker with only a few accents, so the characteristic two "X" can only be found on the outer midsole, the front tongue, and the insole.

The KAWS x sacai x Nike Blazer Low "Reed" stands out with its namesake light brown on the leather base, laces, and tongue. The double Swoosh stands out with its mix of blue and beige, while the eyestays show off an eye-catching pink. However, this is somewhat neutralised by a clean white.
