Just in time for the marathon season, Nike is dropping a new colourway of the Alphafly 3 - and it has it all. The ‘Coconut Milk/Dusty Amethyst/Glacier Blue/Off Noir’ takes performance, technology and style to a new level. Marathon runners can look forward to the lightest Alphafly model to date, optimised for energy, efficiency and comfort from kilometre 1 to 42.195.

The colourway looks great: the Flyknit construction in soft Coconut Milk meets a colour gradient midsole in Dusty Amethyst and Glacier Blue. The eye-catching red Air Zoom unit in the forefoot not only gives the shoe power, but also visual fire - including red accents on the tongue, Swoosh and insole. 

Technically, the Alphafly 3 delivers across the board. The double Zoom Air unit at the front, together with ZoomX foam, ensures reactive energy with every step. The full-length carbon plate supports push-off and cornering and the wider shape provides more stability. Thanks to the full-length ZoomX midsole, you'll enjoy a cushioned, soft ride that keeps you fresh. The revised Atomknit upper material is also new: even more breathable, even lighter, even better.
