It's not uncommon for Nike to collaborate with athletes for their releases and design exciting colourways. Professional skater Ishod Wair is now taking the collaboration with the label to a whole new level and has released his very own signature skate shoe.

Ishod Wair was involved in the entire process of creating his own model from start to finish. Due to his original love for playing basketball, the skater incorporated many characteristic elements of iconic basketball shoes from the '90s into the design of the model. Of course, the well-known durability of a skate shoe must not be neglected, which is why a so-called cupsole was built into the new silhouette.

The aesthetic of the Nike SB Ishod Wair is mainly dominated by brown suede, while wavy overlays on the middle mesh panels clearly enhance the overall look. "ISHOD" branding on the heavily padded black tongue and insoles is a must for a signature sneaker. A dark reverse Swoosh at the back of the sneaker and red accents in the form of embroidered Swooshes on the toebox round off the skate shoe perfectly.
