With the Vomero Plus “Cheat Day”, Nike shows that performance running can also have a sense of humour. Instead of classic sports-inspired designs, this colourway centres on the orange residue left on your fingers after eating crisps or Cheetos.

The upper starts at the forefoot with a bold orange that’s deliberately left uneven. Instead of a perfect gradient, the transition looks patchy and slightly smudged – just like snack powder on your fingertips. Towards the heel, the colours shift to Ceramic, College Grey and darker shades of grey.

Nike also carries the theme through consistently on the inside. The insoles feature bold yellow and red graphics reminiscent of the bottom of a snack bag, making the “Cheat Day” concept even more obvious.

Technically, the Vomero Plus remains clearly designed for comfort. The high, voluminous midsole provides plenty of cushioning underfoot, making the silhouette appealing for both relaxed runs and everyday wear.
