Soon, the ladies will get a new sneaker. Nike has now unveiled the Nike Fontanka Edge, which will be released in just a few days. We took a closer look at the latest silhouette.

Even though the Nike Fontanka Edge makes a chunky and massive impression, the shapes, lines, and structures look very futuristic. At first, we thought of a new Nike Adapt Auto Max, but then you quickly realise that the Nike Fontanka Edge consists of several layers.

Both the heat-welded TPU overlays and the other synthetic panels are coloured completely black. In addition to the large Swooshes on the sides, we find more Swooshes on the tongues and heels, with the rear brandings accentuating in blue, red, and yellow. Lastly, let's look at the sole, to which the shoe owes the aggressive design. Nike ZoomX midsoles are combined with extended heel caps, while the overall shape is pointed forward.

We love the silhouette and chunky design of the Nike Fontanka Edge, but the added layers seem a bit over the top. Expect a release on January 28th.
