Ye is no longer a part of Three Stripes, but the German sports giant has not lost momentum when it comes to collaborations. With Disney, Pixar, or Palace, adidas has continued to conquer the footwear market, and now, the skateboarding division is resuming its partnership with Kader Sylla.
The two partners have launched a massive adidas Superstar ADV that will contrast greatly amongst the other sneakers on the market. Sylla moves away from the simple design and goes for a bold purple hue.
"I'm really excited about this release because it feels bigger than the last one. I tried to pick a colour that people wouldn't do much with... there aren't too many purple shoes on the market," the skateboarder says of the launch of his Kader Sylla x adidas Superstar ADV.
The entire upper and tongue are made of elegant suede. A similar hue also covers the surrounding laces and distinctive shell toe, while gold appears on the lace locks, tongue branding, and side lettering.
