For the first time in 94 years, the best golfers from Europe and America will meet in the state of Wisconsin for one of the most traditional competitions in golf. Wisconsin's slogan is "America's Dairyland" because Wisconsin is one of the nation's leading dairy producers.

To mark the occasion, adidas has come up with a very special Stan Smith Golf to honour the very special animals responsible for Wisconsin's distinctive title.

The new Stan Smith Golf features the adiwear rubber outsole without spikes and traction inspired by the shoe's original sole design. This version is also waterproof to keep feet dry while golfing.

The shoe itself comes with an all-white upper, a playful cow patch print on the midsole, and a pink accent on the outsole. Furthermore, the Stan Smith Golf comes with a special insole to continue the dotted theme. The insole features a logo of a fictional club, the "Dairyland Golf Club"—in honour of this historic location.

As with all our Stan Smith Golf models, the upper is partially made of recycled materials, in line with our mission as a brand to avoid plastic waste.

The adidas Stan Smith Golf Cow will be available in limited quantities from Monday, 20 September on adidas.com, via the adidas app, and at selected retail partners worldwide.
