Walmart Withdraws 'Fake Yeezy Foam Runner' after Lawsuit by Kanye

US retailer Walmart will reportedly not be selling "Fake Yeezy Foam Runners" for the time being. On its website, the so-called "Daeful Mens Womens Kids Summer Beach Shoes Foam Runner Anti Slipper Sandals Casual Beige" for US$24.49 have been taken off the shop.
Even experienced sneakerheads could be fooled with these Yeezys, because the alleged Foam Runners look very similar to the original. The shape, colour, and small bulges are very close.
After the lawsuit became known, Walmart issued an official statement in which the retailer pointed out that the shoes were offered by a third party and not by Walmart directly. It went on to say, "We take allegations like this seriously and are reviewing the lawsuit. We will respond appropriately in court after we are served with the lawsuit."
Kanye's Yeezy Foam Runners cost €80 in retail and reach an incredibly high value of between €300 and €400 in reseller price.
