TLDR: adidas and Brain Dead are releasing two eye-catching new versions of the classic Stan Smith in autumn 2024. Featuring dark blue and light pink colourways and playful details, these limited edition sneakers will be available from 7 September for €100.

adidas continues its creative collaborations with Brain Dead and gives the iconic Stan Smith silhouette a fresh, unconventional twist.

The first version features a dark blue leather upper contrasted with an eye-catching red suede heel counter and light blue fluffy laces. The midsole is finished in carbon black, giving the overall design a subtle sharpness. Yellow stitching and the characteristic "Endorsed By Brain Dead" inscription on the tongue, alongside the Brain Dead logo, emphasise the creative fusion between adidas and the Los Angeles-based streetwear brand.

The second version focuses on a softer aesthetic with a light pink upper, which is combined with dark green fluffy laces and a dark green suede heel counter for a playful touch. The midsole is a rich chocolate brown colour, providing a warm contrast to the pastel tones of the upper. Like its blue counterpart, this pink version features "Endorsed By Brain Dead" branding on the tongue and perforated Brain Dead logos on the side panels, emphasising the collaborative spirit of this collection.
