Nike is taking the legendary Air Force 1 into a whole new realm – it is literally weatherproof. In collaboration with Vibram, the Italian specialist for robust outsoles, and with the support of GORE-TEX, the Air Force 1 Low ‘Clay Green’ is being released as an outdoor-ready version of a true streetwear classic.

Visually, a deep clay green dominates, combined with dark green and black details on the Swoosh, heel and collar. The upper is made entirely of waterproof coated GORE-TEX leather, which keeps feet dry even in heavy rain. The highlight is undoubtedly the new Vibram outsole with a tread pattern that offers significantly more grip and durability than the classic AF1 sole. It gives the shoe a certain hiking aesthetic without changing the iconic design.

No detail has been spared: the yellow Vibram lettering on the midsole stands out, while silver lace doubles with Nike and GORE-TEX branding add a high-quality accent. Green hiking laces and a mesh tongue complete the weatherproof look.

The shoe will be available on Nike.com and at selected retailers in Holiday 2025, probably sometime in October or November.
