The developers at Nike really put a lot of work into the new Adapt sneaker. Several new features upgrade the trend-setting shoe. One of the most important upgrades is the bounce level. Athletes wanted an improved bounce under the Adapt. That is why Nike added an Air Zoom Turbo unit to the forefoot.

Apart from that, Nike also raised the midsole. This is based on the idea that nothing should come between the engine and the midsole at impact. A larger collar, mesh, and the removable Flyknit inserts make it easier to get into the sneakers, while the large Swoosh on the midfoot is a visual update and rounds off the overall design.
