The release of the Air Jordan 1 High OG WMNS "UNC to Chicago" should not be that far away. This is because its official pictures have just been released.

A black leather base combines most of the cult colours associated with Michael Jordan. The "UNC" pays homage to Michael Jordan's college career. The heel, collar, and Swoosh all appear in blue.

The "Chicago", on the other hand, alludes to the early days of his professional career. His games with the Chicago Bulls were legendary. Jordan Brand dresses the toe box in the team's iconic red. Now, the two best colours unite on the first Jordan, which makes us travel back in time to Michael Jordan's college years at UNC and his glorious career with the Chicago Bulls.

The release date on February 14th should still be up to date.

The colours of these new sneakers would probably fit well into the new "Fearless Ones" collection. Known as the Air Jordan 1 WMNS "UNC to Chicago", this sneaker is ultimately a ladies' exclusive. It features a combination of drummed leather and perhaps Jordan Brand's two most popular colours.

The new WMNS version could very well imitate the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Fearless". Instead of patent leather and a white base, the WMNS exclusive counteracts with a black base and a combo of UNC and Chicago colours. Because of the red toe box and the black leather, the shoe tends to massively resemble the Air Jordan 1 "Bred" from the front view.

The details on the back, however, are quite distracting as they are reminiscent of MJ's alma mater. The UNC tones in the new version seem to be much more vivid this time than the previous ones, already bordering on neon. Further down, a white midsole and a red outsole complete the overall look.
