The third model from Tinker Hatfield celebrates is celebrating its 30th birthday this year. In 1990, Jordan Brand first released the Air Jordan 5. And, as one of Jordan's most popular sneakers, this year's celebration begins with an exceptional new colourway. MJ's 5th sneaker will be released this week with a dazzling upper.

Even back then, the distinctive tongue and simple lacing system was already a big feature of the Air Jordan 5 and certainly the number one talk of the town. In 2020, the fifth signature sneaker from the GOAT still holds the title and comes with a much unanticipated upper. The continuous iridescent upper material covers every portion of the shoe. The tongue, heel, overlays, and base all show a whole new look in the dark while in daylight, it features a solid blue metallic colour scheme. The white outsole and black midsole complete the overall design.

We will probably see more ladies in these sneakers, because the version is a WMNS iteration. The price of this edition is a good 190€.
