Animal-inspired sneakers? Count us in! Intriguing as it sounds, that's exactly what Jordan Brand has showed us with Tinker's Air Jordan 3 "Black Cement" and the Elephant Print. So why stop with the hype? Just about what the brand has been thinking for quite some time now, Nike hits the homerun again with an inspiration from yet another animal—this time, the magpie. It totally flies with the Nike React Element 55 in two different colourways and accents, which are based on the colors of the said bird.

The first Nike React Element 55 features a green metallic upper accented with dazzling purple. The other one features a lighter variant in white but with the same metallic-like details. Both sneakers are decorated with red stitching on the eyestays and have a white or black insole with the lettering, "Today is the day.” To make these stunning new kicks as special as possible, Nike embroiders a "Magpie" logo on the back of the heel. While the magpie on the white 55 is meant to represent itself while still looking for something shiny, the magpie on the green sneaker represents the point where it has already found something to its liking.
